Mobile Check Deposit
Make depositing checks as easy as taking a photo. Follow these guidelines to ensure your funds are processed quickly and successfully.
1. Prepare Your Check
To avoid an automatic denial, please ensure the back of your check is properly endorsed. You must:
*Note: If the check is not marked for mobile deposit, our system will unfortunately have to decline it.
2. Deposit Limits
- Per Check: Up to $5,000
- Daily Total: Up to $10,000 (multiple checks combined)
3. Timing & Availability
Knowing when your money will hit your account helps you manage your finances better.
- Deposit cutoff time: 4:00 p.m.
- If you submit a deposit after 4:00 p.m., it will be processed the next business day.
- If you submit after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, it will be processed on Monday (or the next business day).
4. Approval Process
Every mobile deposit is reviewed by a member of our team to ensure everything is in order.

Keep an eye on your inbox: We will email you once your deposit is reviewed.

Status Updates: The email will confirm if your deposit was approved or denied. If denied, we will provide a specific reason and steps to fix it.

Final Step: Even after approval, funds undergo nightly processing and will generally show in your balance by 10:00 p.m.

How to Set Up Apple Pay
- Open the Wallet App: Tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner. (Alternatively, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay).
- Add Your Card: Tap Continue and position your card in the camera frame to scan it automatically, or select Enter Card Details Manually.
- Accept Terms: Review the Issuer Terms and tap Accept to proceed.
- Verification: Apple will quickly verify your info with your bank. Simply follow any remaining on-screen prompts.
- Start Shopping: Once verified, your card will appear in your Wallet—ready for your next "tap and pay" purchase.
How to Set Up Google Wallet
- Open Google Wallet: Launch the Google Wallet app on your Android device.
- Add to Wallet: Tap Add to Wallet (+) at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Payment Card: Choose Payment card, then select New debit card.
- Enter Details: Use your camera to scan your card automatically, or select Enter Details Manually.
- Save & Review: Tap Save, then Continue. Review the Issuer Terms and tap Accept.
- Verify & Finish: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your bank’s verification. Once finished, you’re ready to "tap and pay!"
