Mobile Check Deposit

Make depositing checks as easy as taking a photo. Follow these guidelines to ensure your funds are processed quickly and successfully.

1. Prepare Your Check

To avoid an automatic denial, please ensure the back of your check is properly endorsed. You must:

  • Sign your name as usual.

  • Check the box labeled “Check here if mobile deposit.”

  • Alternatively: Write “For Mobile Deposit” clearly under your signature.

*Note: If the check is not marked for mobile deposit, our system will unfortunately have to decline it.

2. Deposit Limits

  • Per Check: Up to $5,000
  • Daily Total: Up to $10,000 (multiple checks combined)

3. Timing & Availability

Knowing when your money will hit your account helps you manage your finances better.

  • Deposit cutoff time: 4:00 p.m.
  • If you submit a deposit after 4:00 p.m., it will be processed the next business day.
  • If you submit after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, it will be processed on Monday (or the next business day).

4. Approval Process

Every mobile deposit is reviewed by a member of our team to ensure everything is in order.

  • Keep an eye on your inbox: We will email you once your deposit is reviewed.

  • Status Updates: The email will confirm if your deposit was approved or denied. If denied, we will provide a specific reason and steps to fix it.

  • Final Step: Even after approval, funds undergo nightly processing and will generally show in your balance by 10:00 p.m.


Digital Wallet is Here!

Our latest product offering is Digital Waller where customers digitally load their debit cards into ApplePay and Google Wallet. This creates a seamless paying experience that saves time and transfers funds using a unique payment ID number different from your actual debit card number.

Did you get that?  Hackers can’t steal what they don’t have and ApplePay and Google Wallet users do not use the actual debit card number. Try it yourself and ‘tap and pay’ next time you go shopping. 

APPLE PAY:

  • Go to the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap the add button (+) button
  • (or) open Settings > Tap Wallet & Apple Pay
  • Tap Continue.
  • Either use your camera to take a picture of your card to automatically fill in your card details or manually enter your card's information, Read the Issuer Terms and tap Accept.
  • After providing your card details and accept T&C, Apple will take a moment to verify your information with your bank. Follow the onscreen instructions and then your card will appear within the Wallet app, and you'll be able to use that card with Apple Pay.

GOOGLE WALLET:

  • Open the Google Wallet app in the Android Mobile.
  • At the bottom, tap Add to Wallet .
  • Tap Payment card - New card.
  • Use your camera or tap Enter details manually.
  • At the bottom, tap Save and continue.
  • Read the Issuer Terms and tap Accept.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the verification to add card in Google wallet.
